Introducing the TownSquare InstitutionFi Access Program

Most protocol token launches follow a similar pattern:

• Sale takes place on a particular chain
• Product is deployed only on a single chain
• Token distribution only takes place on a single chain

TownSquare's approach is different.

The InstitutionFi Access Program, similar to TownSquare's mission to make institutional yield more accessible, follows the principle of:

access should be more open, and distribution should be more open

This means:

• Not only is TownSquare a protocol that lives on multiple chains
• Token distribution also takes place on multiple chains

The Sonar public sale will make ~0.67% of the total $TOWN supply available.

Pricing of the token is subject to 2 different lockup tiers: $0.015 per token with a 6-month lock-up (25% discount), or $0.020 per token with no lock-up.

Tokens bought at $0.015 unlock six months after TGE — not six months after settlement. Tokens bought at $0.020 are fully unlocked at TGE.

Participation is open to eligible users who complete identity verification through Sonar.

Commitments are flexible within a defined range:

• Minimum: $100
• Maximum: $100,000

Commitments are made in USDC or USDT0 on Monad. You can add to your commitment at any time before the window closes.

Participation does not guarantee allocation.

The process is designed to be straightforward:

1. 1Register starting July 14, 2026, 1PM UTC
2. 2Connect your wallet on the Monad network, or create a Monad address in your wallet
3. 3Complete identity verification (KYC/KYB via Sonar) — a connected wallet alone does not make you eligible
4. 4Choose your lock-up tier and commit in USDC or USDT0 on Monad
5. 5Submit your commitment during the sale window (July 20, 1PM UTC – July 26, 1PM UTC); you may top up any time before it closes
6. 6Final allocations are determined pro-rata after the sale closes
7. 7Settlement begins July 27, 2026, 12AM UTC

If demand exceeds available supply, allocations are scaled down pro-rata based on each participant's share of the total committed pool.

If the sale is oversubscribed:

• Allocations are distributed pro-rata, scaled to each participant’s share of the total committed pool
• Once distributed, participants can choose to hold their token on the recipient network or bridge to a TownSquare-supported CCIP network

The intention is to encourage as wide participation as possible for all ecosystems TownSquare supports.

The InstitutionFi Access Program is designed for users who want structured access to the TownSquare ecosystem.

This includes:

• Existing ecosystem participants
• Users willing to commit over a longer time horizon
• Participants looking for compliant access to onchain financial infrastructure

TownSquare is built as an inclusive financial layer, where access is not limited to a particular group of people.

This program reflects that direction by enabling broader participation, while maintaining a structured and compliant process.
